Greenlux Finland Oy has purchased half of the share capital of the Indian LED lighting manufacturer eAge Electronics Pvt Ltd. The aim of the stock trading is to guarantee the fluidity of production for Greenlux luminaires and to open the way for India’s rapidly expanding LED market. The Delhi-based eAge Electronics established in 2009 focuses on production of LED-luminaires and components. They have produced Greenlux’s high-quality, energy-efficient luminaires since 2017.
“We are pleased about the opportunity offered by this cooperation to produce high-quality Greenlux LED-luminaires cost-effectively to all markets as well as the opportunity to enter the fast-developing Indian market.” says Greenlux Chairman Mikael Broman. After the trade Broman will serve as Chairman of the Board at eAge as well. In addition to Broman, Greenlux will be represented at eAge Board by Prof. Dr. Marco Sander.
Greenlux Finland Oy established in Helsinki in 2007 designs and manufactures high-quality, energy-efficient LED luminaires for general lighting in public spaces. Greenlux’s customers include such as Swedavia and Q-Park.
